Dr. Tan is the Chief Scientific Officer and Head of the Department of Global Product Development at LSBioscience LLC. A member of the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR), she has a distinguished background in dermatology and oncology research, with prior roles at the NIH (National Institutes of Health) and George Washington University. ​

Leveraging her extensive experience as a researcher, clinician, and entrepreneur, Dr. Tan leads teams in unraveling the mechanisms behind pathogenic and protective immune responses. Her focus is on translating scientific discoveries into transformative solutions for the future. ​

​Under her leadership, LSBioscience LLC employs cutting-edge technologies to explore plant-derived immunomodulatory agents and small RNA therapies aimed at managing human innate autoimmune disorders, such as Lichen Sclerosus, as well as other skin disorders.
